The next Wednesday Walk will begin promptly at 6:30 PM Wednesday, August 11 at Village Hall. The Thiensville Lifestyle Coalition welcomes Ron Moor for "Forest Bathing in the Park -- Trees, Grass, Water, Nature."

Forest Bathing is staying present and focuses on the subtle and not-so-subtle qualities of nature, opening yourself to the healing benefits tress and a more natural environment. The walk will take place along the river and the trees. 

Ron Moor is a frequent presenter at the Schlitz Audubon Nature Center and a spiritual director at Thiensville Health Alliance. Food donations for Family Sharing are welcome.
