The Mequon-Thiensville Optimist Club, in conjunction with the Thiensville Police Department and the Mequon Police Department will sponsor Safety Town on weekdays from July 26 to August 6.

This year's Safety Town will provide two sessions. The first runs from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and the second session is from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Attendance is required for both weeks. Classes will be held at Thiensville Village Hall and Village Park.

Registration forms also are available at the Thiensville Police Department, 250 Elm St. Registration begins Tuesday, June 1. Registration may be dropped off at Village Hall or mailed. The registration deadline is Friday, July 2 at 4:00 PM.
