The Village Board of Thiensville is seeking residents who are interested in serving their community as a Trustee on the Thiensville Village Board. The Village Board is seeking to fill the Trustee seat vacated due to the resignation of T. Samuel Azinger. The three-year term expires April 2021.

Those residents who are interested are encouraged to apply by submitting a letter to Village Administrator Colleen Landisch-Hansen at Village Hall, 250 Elm Street, Thiensville, WI 53092 or clandisch@village.thiensville.wi.us. The letter should address why you want to be on the Village Board, your background including community involvement and what you believe are the most important issues facing the Village. Please include a resume. All applicants will be interviewed by the Village Board August 10, 2020. Annual compensation in the amount of $2,500 will be pro-rated from the time of appointment through March 2021. The administrator must receive the letter and resume by the filing deadline of 5 PM August 5, 2020. All applicants will be interviewed by the Village Board on August 10, 2020. The vacant seat will be filled by appointment by a majority of the remaining members of the Village Board.
