Village Hall staff is happy to help you through the required steps. Plans that show where the shed will be placed, its size and what it will look like must be submitted at least two weeks prior to a meeting of the Plan Commission, which meets the first Tuesday of each month.
If Historic Preservation Commission review and approval is required, their consideration of the Certificate of Appropriateness must occur first. The Historic Preservation Commission meets the second Wednesday of the month.
