The Thiensville Business Association presents the annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Holiday Market on Friday, Dec. 6.

The event will take place in the Walgreen's parking lot at the corner of Main Street and Freistadt Road from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The family event includes singing carols, a performance by the Homestead High School Choir and the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus on a Thiensville fire truck.

Another highlight, the holiday market, will be back this year.

There will be free cookies and hot chocolate.
