Thiensville Police Chief Curt Kleppin will lead the next Wednesday Walk on Sept. 25. The walk will begin at Village Hall at 6:30 p.m.

Kleppin, who spent most of his career with the Watertown Police, started as Thiensville's chief in early January.

In addition to a walk through the village, participants will get a tour of the Police Department.

As with all of the previous walks, which are organized by the Thiensville Lifestyle Coalition, those attending are encouraged to donate items to Family Sharing. A collection cart will be at Village Hall.

This will be the second-to-last Wednesday Walk of the season. The final event is the "Ghosts of Thiensville" walk on Oct. 9.
