Your pet license is required to be renewed every calendar year.  License applications can be submitted starting in December for the following year.  Payments made after April 1st of the license year will be charged a $5.00 late fee.

Download the dog or cat license and submit with fees to the Village Clerk.

Dog License

Cat License

Fees are as follows:

Un-neutered Male = $15.00
Neutered Male = $10.00

Un-spayed Female = $15.00
Spayed Female = $10.00

Every person residing in the Village who owns a dog or cat which is more than five months of age shall comply in all respects with the provisions of Wis. Stats. Chapter 174, except that a cat will be licensed in compliance with Chapter 174 of the Wisconsin Statutes as though said statues were equally applicable to a cat.  Application for a dog or cat license shall be accompanied by the amount established by resolution and on file in the Village Clerk's office.  No license shall be issued for any dog or cat over the age of five months unless the applicant presents a certificate that the dog or cat has been inoculated for rabies by a licensed veterinarian prior to such application and the certificate is valid for the license period.  The license shall be secured to a collar and the collar shall be on the dog or cat at all times when off the premises of the owner.
