Entering a Plea
Disputing a Citation
If you wish to dispute the citation, enter a plea of not guilty to the charge by doing one of the following:- Complete and return the bottom portion of the important notice form you received with your citation with the not guilty line checked
- Appear at the municipal court office and complete a not guilty plea form
- Appear in court and enter a not guilty plea
Accepting a Citation
If you do not wish to dispute the citation, enter a plea of no contest or guilty to the charge and return the bottom portion of the important notice form you received with your citation along with your payment prior to the court date on your citation.Please make your check or money order payable to Mid-Moraine Court.
Appearing in Court
If you wish to appear or if you are required to appear in court, the court for the Village of Thiensville citations is located in Thiensville Village Hall at:250 Elm St.
