Traveling Food Truck Tour
makes season's first stop Thursday

Thiensville's Traveling Food Truck Tour will return for a second year -- bigger and better than ever! The first event of the season will take place in Village Park this Thursday, May 23, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

There will be 20 food trucks featuring a wide variety of foods, a craft beer tent and children's activities.

The additional dates are June 13, July 18, Aug. 15 and Sept. 12.

Bike Safety Day
is Saturday, June 1

Thiensville's annual Bike Safety Day will take place in Village Park from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 1. The event focuses on safe bicycle riding.

Representatives from Extreme Ski & Bike will be on-hand to assist with tune-ups and to make sure bike helmets are adjusted for proper fit. There will be drawings at noon for two new bikes as well as various bicycle accessories.

This free event is put on by the Thiensville Police Department with help from community sponsors.
