Food Trucks in Village Park tonight


The final Traveling Food Truck Tour of the season takes place from 5 PM to 9 PM tonight, Thursday, September 10, in Village Park. Choose from the wares of approximately 15 food trucks. Beverages will be available. There will be live music on the Port Washington State Bank River Stage.

November 3 General Election


Voters have three options to cast their ballot for the November 3 General Election. They may request an absentee ballot, vote by absentee ballot in person at Village Hall or vote at the polls on Election Day.

  • ABSENTEE BALLOT -- Registered voters may submit a request for an absentee ballot to Village Hall, 250 Elm Street, by 5 PM on Thursday, October 29. An absentee ballot also may be requested at www.myvote.wi.gov. Proof of identification must be presented to receive an absentee ballot.
  • IN-PERSON ABSENTEE VOTING -- Voters may cast their ballot during office hours at Village Hall, 250 Elm Street, between Tuesday, October 20 through Friday, October 30. Village Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Ballots may be cast until 5 PM Friday, October 30. Proof of identification must be presented.
  • ELECTION DAY -- The polling place for Wards 1-4 will be open at Village Hall, 250 Elm Street, from 7 AM to 8 PM Tuesday, November 3.

Clean Sweep event is Oct. 31


Ozaukee County is hosting a Clean Sweep event from 8 AM to noon Saturday, October 31 at the County Highway Shop, 1221 Hilltop Drive, near 5 Corners in the Town of Cedarburg. Residents can dispose of hazardous waste, tires, televisions, dehumidifiers, computers and other items. Click here for details.

Thiensville's Village Market is open! The best farmer's market on the North Shore takes place from 9 AM to
3 PM in Village Park every Tuesday through Oct. 13.
