Safety of voters, poll workers
a priority for Tuesday election


Absentee ballots must be requested by 5 p.m. Thursday. Requests may be made at myvote.wi.gov.

The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. next Tuesday for the Spring Election.

In-office early voting is still available at Village Hall until 4:30 p.m. Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday.

The polling place will follow CDC and WEC guidelines. Please be prepared to wait outside for your turn to vote in the Village Board room. Your patience is appreciated!

Gov. Evers announces
Safer at Home
Emergency Order


Gov. Tony Evers has directed Department of Health Services Secretary-designee Andrea Palm to issue a Safer at Home order.

The governor's order prohibits all non-essential travel, with some exceptions as clarified and defined in the order.

Village Park


Gov. Tony Evers' order includes the closure of playgrounds. It is important to prevent people from congregating in high-use public spaces. We encourage you to be outside and visit open spaces, BUT please keep a safe distance from those you meet outside.

Village Hall


The Village Hall, Police and Fire Departments continue to be closed to in-person visits at Village Hall.

Garbage collection


Garbage collection and recycling continues without interruption. Garbage must be bagged and not loose in the can to protect our staff from exposure. Recycling is automated and does not require bagging.

Some Thiensville Business Association members open,
providing essential services


Some businesses in Thiensville remain open, providing carryout and delivery meals and other essential services.

Frank L. Weyenberg Library


The Frank L. Weyenberg Library is closed as part of the COVID-19 precautions. Library Director Rachel Muchin-Young recently detailed a variety of expanded options that will allow residents to continue to access library services.
