election is today
The spring primary is today, Tuesday, Feb. 18. The polls at Village Hall, 250 Elm St., will be open until 8 p.m. A field of three candidates for a 10-year term on the Wisconsin Supreme Court will be narrowed to two in the primary election.
Today's spring primary is the first of four elections in 2020. An election on April 7 will include two seats on the Thiensville Village Board, the presidential primary, the general election for Wisconsin Supreme Court and other offices. The August 11 partisan primary will narrow the fields for races that may include member of Congress, state representative and Ozaukee County District Attorney. Voters in the November 3 general election will select president of the United States, their member of Congress and state representative.
