MOTION TO ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION

Pursuant to Chapter 19.85(1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility regarding wage negotiations and performance evaluation regarding Thiensville Professional Police Association and deliberating about the investment of public funds in future Village properties requiring a Closed Session due to the competitive nature and bargaining positions at risk if conducted in a public meeting.  Such Closed Session is authorized pursuant to Wis. Stats. Article 19.85(1)(e).
